The primary advantages of waiting until the fall or winter before installing a new patio cover or enclosure are sometimes a reduction in cost and the immediate availability of installation and construction contractors. During the fall and winter months contractors who build and install patio covers are often immediately available and sometimes run promotions to help bolster business during the off-season. There's no guarantee that any specific contractor will be available right when you call them nor be running any sort of discount program but chances are you'll find many that do both of these things as the summer season begins to wind down.
